Villa Pauline is a luxurious & very spacious newly built villa perfectly located in the heart of Albufeira. Villa Anna benefits from a large private pool. The villa is just a five minute walk away from many fantastic restaurants in Albufeira, as well as the bars and discos and of course its beautiful beaches. The Villa is a 30 minute drive from Faro Airport making it very accessible.  Perfect for golfers, as most of the top courses are just a short drive away.

Built over three levels, the 1st floor accommodates two large bedrooms with en-suite and air conditioning. Also on the 1^st floor are the dining room and spacious living area, complete with Plasma television and two huge leather sofas. The Modern Kitchen is fully equipped with a large breakfast area.

The 2nd floor comprise of 2 further bedrooms, one of which is the Master Suite. The Master Suite is complete with walk in wardrobe and access to a huge roof terrace for more sunbathing or some alfresco dining. All bedrooms on this floor are en suite and air conditioned.

The landscaped gardens and pool area are perfect for relaxing in the wonderful Algarve sunshine! There is plentiful seating for lounging around the pool and a covered outdoor dining area.

A car is not necessary but the Villa has private secure parking. Transfers can be arranged through Portugal Villas to and from the airport.  When you arrive there will be a welcome park including the necessaries to get started.
